My entry for *Slinkers contest. I've never done an online contest thing before. I decided to do this one because it seemed like something I could enjoy doing. It was also a big deal to me because that would mean that Slinkers would look at something I drew... and that would make me happy. ^^
And if I won.... DUDE.....
You get a letter from Slinkers... by post. So cool! That would soo make my year... and bring meaning to my otherwise hollow life. I kid, no but really it would be awesome.

I worked so friggin hard on this. The last five days all I did in my spare time was work on this. Though I think that alot of the time spent was trying to figure out photoshop. This is my actual first attempt at making a picture with just photoshop. Its still new to me and I'm just figuring things out. So thats why its kinda... mediocre(?) The layers annoy the hell outta me. BTW I made the gothic "E" by meself. (Not a font on my photoshop) Extra points? Emily gets a pat on the back.

My interpretation of the contest was to make a Wammy orphan that resembled you (physically) kinda? Am I rite? Crap too late, but whatever... I was happy how it came out (for the most part)
There was only so much room on the picture to write things so the rest of it is here:

IN general, Eden is supposed to be really smart about coming to the right conclusions in cases, but sometimes she wont let other people know that she knows. This is partly because she then isn't 100% sure or she's lacking other evidence. Another reason is because she doesn't want to cause anyone pain... even if they are hardened criminals. I'm not saying that it would be impossible for her to ever be L, but... I don't think she could handle it. If she was working in a team, I think that would be the best environment for her. You notice how her personality contrasts with L's. Very different.
The other orphans at Wammy's House think she is silly about keeping to herself about cases and things (because most there are very competitive) but she's not a loner, either. I don't want her be marysue... shes not. She's not as smart as Near or Mello. But I'd say shes in the top 10%.

She likes to keep her mind busy usually with games like chess. She'd also pretty much own your ass at Battleship too. Her favorites are strategy games. Why does this matter, you ask? Wel, it doesn't. Blood type doesn't really matter much either, when you think about it.

She shares my first name, but she has a different surname than me. Hernandez seems too long, and I wanted her ethnicities (shes mixed race) to be leaning more towards English, Irish, and maybe some Japanese. Hence the Irish last name.
